Master Bedroom

1 queen bed

Sleep number Queen size bed in the Master! We also have put in black out blinds on all the bedroom windows to help you sleep when the sun does not go down! So very quiet! And don't forget to look out the windows frequently as the moose are often in the back yard!

Guest Bedroom

1 queen bed

This room has a queen bed, ample closet space, and a utility closet where you can place your suitcases if needed. Blackout blinds are on the windows, and these windows face east, so if you are there in the fall through spring, and wake up in the night, look for those Northern Lights! You never know when they will show up, but when they do it is AMAZING!

Master Bath

This bathroom has a large shower with multiple jets! With a flash heater, and a well, you will not run out of hot water!! (Be sure to turn on the vents however!). a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser is installed in the shower, so no need to bring your own if you don't want to. There is also a small bathtub available, sink and toilet. A hair dryer in also available in the vanity.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the homes or on the decks. There is a designated smoking area with receptacles for butts in the front yard. If smoking occurs in the home, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If butts are found thrown anywhere except the receptacles provided, you will be charged and extra cleaning fee!

No Parking

Parking is ample, and all guests need to park in the driveway so as to not block the view of the front yard for all guests on the property.

Our love affair with Alaska started 20 years ago, and in 2018 we fulfilled a lifetime dream of owning a log home there! We love sharing this beautiful home with others who are discovering the breathtaking beauty of Alaska for the first time, or come back year after year!

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Renter must be at least 25. A copy of ID will be required upon booking. Any children/teens under the age of 18 are not to be left on the premises alone without an adult younger than 25.

Maximum occupancy: undefined

Maximum occupancy is strict to 4 people.

Please remove shoes upon entering, a boot tray is available to you. It's an Alaskan custom!

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. all visitors must be gone by 10 pm.

No parties or events

NO cleaning or processing of fish on the premises! No exceptions. Please use your fishing guide, or public fish cleaning stations available along the river. Any fish processing on the premises will be an automatic forfeiture of your security deposit.

No smoking or vaping in the house. If you do, you will forfeit your security deposit. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in available containers. Butts left anywhere else will be considered excessive cleaning and will be taken out of your deposit.

No cutting on our butcher block counters. We have provided several cutting boards for your use.

All fishing equipment is not allowed in the house. You may stow it in the garage or your vehicle.

Fireplace is to be turned off and doors locked up on each exit.

Please be aware that there may be other guests in the home adjacent to this house. Please use the deck in front of your house only, and share the bbq, cache picnic table, and laundry room.

Remove laundry promptly so that others may use it. Be aware that the housekeeper may need priority to be able to clean a vacated home.

Payment Policy

Payment via check, Business Venmo (which takes credit cards), and Zelle. We must receive 50% payment, and the completed rental agreement prior to reservation confirmation. Remaining 50% and security deposit due 30 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellations paid with credit card will incur a 4% cancellation fee.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is collected via Venmo, or personal check 3- days priori to occupancy and held until housekeeping has verified that there has been no excessive cleaning required, damage or theft. A refund will be issued back to you within 4 days of departure. Any fish processing on the property or smoking/vaping in the house will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

100% booking deposit refundable when cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date.

50% booking deposit refundable when cancelled more than 14 days prior to check-in date.

Booking done by credit card will incur a 4% cancellation fee

No refund within 14 days of arrival. Cleaning fee and security deposit will be returned.
